Daily Living Nature Vegan

Veganism is life-affirming.

I was inspired by someone to become a vegan. I went on a trip with this person, who has been a vegan for many years. I thought “That is some very good reasoning, I’m going to give this a try.” So I went vegan, and I liked it – and I’ve been vegan ever since. My reasons to remain vegan have kept growing stronger and stronger. At the time, I weighed slightly more than I would have liked, so I thought, yes I could normalize my weight. Going vegan did that for me. I also felt healthier, like I had a better working cardiovascular system. I believe that is true.

After being vegan for a while, I started to contemplate the genius of veganism. It really is just about the most life-affirming dietary decision that is possible. While all other dietary lifestyles involve eating “what once was alive” animal or animal products, veganism only includes eating of plants or plant products. While I would say that plants might be capable of “feeling”, I believe it is an entirely different consciousness than how a “higher” being feels. My point being is that the actual process of harvesting, manufacturing, or creating vegan food is so much more of a “clean”, “natural”, “humane”, and “happier” process than any other dietary lifestyle.

I really encourage people to try going vegan, for reasons of health and good conscience.

As I say, “Vegan eggs are the healthiest eggs, because they are alive.”
