are to be at the command, discretion, and influence of such victims.
The intention of the design is conceptual and ideological, with the
visual / symbolical representation / manifestation of little
significance or relevance. Because of the scale of the design, such
physical manifestation shall be constructed using distributed
matter / mass teleportation portals and networks. Legally,
regarding the aforementioned construction techniques,
property boundaries as well as all civil laws are to be complied with
and adhered to in the relevant jurisdiction(s) of operation.
