Gosh, being a police officer would be a tough job. I am glad I am not one. One time, years ago, I applied to become an APD officer. I really was just sort of interested in a consistent job and also in their data for some personal inquiries and personal investigations (I have since written the District Attorney regarding my inquiries), but I feel I would have done a good job… I took the test and I feel like I passed all of the tests. They wrote me a denial letter telling me that I could “Never apply there ever again” and gave me no reason for the denial. Is that illegal or discrimination? It is a public government agency, surely someone should be able to re-apply. Illegal spying / surveillance? (Corrupt “NSA” informing employers and potential employers of their citizen’s internet usage from their private homes) Politics!? Police hire ex-felons! It should be noted that according to our 6th Amendment, our legal principle of “the presumption of innocence”, and due process I have not committed one crime in my entire life. Say otherwise, I may call that slander, libel, character assault, and/or extortion, and I might call you a foreign criminal and report you to D.H.S. I.C.E. You, good sir, are not racist or atrocious and therefore DO NOT qualify for our Stanford Prison Experiment! I feel APD (and every police system in the U.S.A.) should be audited by the Feds to see who their data systems are built by and who has access to their data (on every timescale and layer of the internet, as well as secure the integrity of their data and systems so foreign extortionists don’t have access, maybe hyper access logging? No crime committed: The Nazis taking a gander at the outsourced foreigners “pay-per-query”, open third party investigative data api, are rubbing their hands together – and sharpening their brain scalpels, at that Sean’s brain MRI image woman’s illegally surveilled dark sins…). As of now I feel the APD organization / entity qualifies as “Extortionist Racketeers Under Foreign Influence” whom are letting in rapists, racists, and atrocious violators. One thing I hypothesize is going on is that this foreign (German / Great British Nazi ideology?) access to our local crime and investigative data seem to “purify” the sinner’s and criminal’s DNA / thoughts / private property (outside of due process and in other timescales via kidnapping) via defiling, tortures, murders, rapes, and assaults…What did he do!? Let the dogz out and go harder this time around! Propagate those sins and crimes through a distorted and magnified lens! Run the illegal program again! Play it again! It’s the end of the line for that criminal SINNER! “Where should we start?”, “Anything else?”, “Consider this witch hunt complete. We’ve seen enough.”
Opinion: A framework to go off of… It would an ideal scenario: While policing may sometimes be relevant in society, police investigations and police + civilian public interactions / interfacing shall not infringe on the citizen’s pursuit of happiness, their property or person. The context of policing shall be within an optimistic, leaning towards leniency and the presumption of innocence, as well as an encouragement of the civilian to exercise their freedoms and rights responsibly, legitimately, and safely.
