    UPDATE 3/2/26 6PM Well, I went to court and my family and the medical team testified against me and I am court ordered one more year of medical treatment with forced (unnecessary) chemical injections. I lost! I’m upset, but oh well… I’ll deal with it… what a burden these pests are.

    I care not to prove any of my points (please read my entire blog including the archive), but this is where we are at. The atrocious is getting in via unnecessary chemicals, forced and “State” (corruption) imposed. I have been in an AOT (defiling / purification) program for nearly one year and have not taken any medication (because it truly is unnecessary and damages my health)(let’s hear their testimony in court how the medication is working), but the bad people are actually drugging me non-consensually from nano gasses or actors using “bad time” to physically administer the nonconsensual drug(s). I feel the chemical effects and adverse side effects. It is decreasing my health, and mental well being. That is one way the atrocious rapists are getting in to my person and property. The rapist gives their life to their victim. Naturally there may be some identity confusion with such a phenomena. I hypothesize my rapists are those who need to be treated medically. Most recently they have been assaulting my face, eyes, testicles, fertility, hearing, head, anus, kidneys, heart, brain, entire physical body. There has been a noticeable increase in their maneuvering of my physical person via non consensually implanted muscle stimulating implants (probably nanoscale and/or micro electromechanical machines – M.E.M.S. possibly produced by Sandia National Labs, especially on eyes, hands, and toes. There has also been an increase in psychological torture, visual and audio, based off of (s)extortion material that is perpetrated through my nonconsensually implanted optical lenses. I, according the the United States Government, have not committed one crime in my life. Surely this qualifies as cruel and unusual punishment, a violation of the Eighth Amendment of the United States Constitution. We have the presumption of innocence and due process. Besides that: I am a good person. The Sixth Amendment of the United States Constitution is a fair and speedy trial (the year is 2026 – the foreigners have been raping and torturing me for over a decade, maybe longer). Not that it is any of your business or concern, but according to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, I have not sinned once, either. NOT ONE SIN. What is your opinion? I care not what your opinion is. I do not practice the same religion as you or the “purifiers”. Imagine a biased (towards the pharmaceutical industry), and misrepresenting artificial intelligence “personality” copy of you stating your side of the case while the Nazi’s are violating the third Amendment raping your purity and birthright in your actual bedroom while you go like a sheep to the corrupt court hearing (which they thoroughly damaged; and which manifests as your actual ear hearing damages, too…) These rapists technically qualify as extortionists: racketeers under foreign influence. I am planning on letting my lawyer doing most of the speaking for me in court.

    Guess my “Mom and Dad” (the apparent nazi foreign sextortionist extortionist racketeers, misrepresentative impersonators wearing their deepfake masks raping my person and property) are going hard against me trying to get the poison it.

    I wonder if the conflict between nuclear programs (Iran vs. Israel) has more to do with access to “time and space technologies” from the opposing “cultures” than the actual nuclear enrichment. Because there is a seeming “quantification of matter” effort, perhaps this is where the real issue is that should be address? (Example: The idea of Iran’s nuclear enrichment program linked to a beautiful Indo-Iranian Aryan whom is winning a popularity contest with the Aryan culture’s votes. This is translated to a ritual that would shock the world. That woman does not want to participate in those interactions.) A cultural difference? How do we go about finding out what the real is?

    Apparently the U.S. military has been spending big with their recent patronage. You can witness the visits yourself with live satellite imagery.     Nuclear weapons are the most dangerous weapons on earth.  One can destroy a whole city, potentially killing millions, and jeopardizing the natural environment and lives of future generations through its long-term catastrophic effects.  The dangers from such weapons arise from their very existence.  Although nuclear weapons have only been used twice in warfare—in the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945—about 13,400 reportedly remain in our world today and there have been over 2,000 nuclear tests conducted to date.  Disarmament is the best protection against such dangers, but achieving this goal has been a tremendously difficult challenge.

    Regional Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zones (NWFZ) have been established to strengthen global nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament norms and consolidate international efforts towards peace and security.

    The United Nations has sought to eliminate such weapons ever since its establishment. The first resolution adopted by the UN General Assembly in 1946 established a Commission to deal with problems related to the discovery of atomic energy among others. The Commission was to make proposals for, inter alia, the control of atomic energy to the extent necessary to ensure its use only for peaceful purposes. The resolution also decided that the Commission should make proposals for “the elimination from national armaments of atomic weapons and of all other major weapons adaptable to mass destruction.”

    A number of multilateral treaties have since been established with the aim of preventing nuclear proliferation and testing, while promoting progress in nuclear disarmament. These include the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), the Treaty Banning Nuclear Weapon Tests In The Atmosphere, In Outer Space And Under Water, also known as the Partial Test Ban Treaty (PTBT), the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT), which was signed in 1996 but has yet to enter into force, and the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) , which will enter into force on 22 January 2021.

    A number of bilateral and plurilateral treaties and arrangements seek to reduce or eliminate certain categories of nuclear weapons, to prevent the proliferation of such weapons and their delivery vehicles.  These range from several treaties between the United States of America and Russian Federation as well as various other initiatives, to the Nuclear Suppliers Group, the Missile Technology Control Regime, the Hague Code of Conduct against Ballistic Missile Proliferation, and the Wassenaar Arrangement.

    The United Nations Secretariat supports efforts aimed at the non-proliferation and total elimination of nuclear weapons. “Securing Our Common Future: An Agenda for Disarmament” considers nuclear weapons in the framework of “disarmament to save humanity.” In the agenda, the Secretary-General calls for resuming dialogue and negotiations for nuclear arms control and disarmament. He also supports extending the norms against nuclear weapons, and in that regard appeals to States that possess nuclear weapons to affirm that a nuclear war cannot be won and must never be fought. Finally, the agenda proposes preparing for a world free of nuclear weapons through a number of risk -reduction measures, including transparency in nuclear-weapon programmes, further reductions in all types of nuclear weapons, commitments not to introduce new and destabilizing types of nuclear weapons, including cruise missiles, reciprocal commitments for the non-use of nuclear weapons and reduction of the role of nuclear weapons in security doctrines. To further the agenda, concrete actions are proposed.

    The Secretary-General’s policy brief on A New Agenda for Peace (NAFP) emphasizes the urgency of States recommitting to the pursuit of nuclear disarmament and reversing the erosion of international norms against the spread and use of nuclear weapons. It also includes a call for States possessing nuclear weapons to commit to never use them, take, take steps to avoid mistakes or miscalculations and develop transparency and confidence-building measures. The policy brief also stresses the importance of reducing the role of nuclear weapons in national security doctrines. It also calls on States to engage in dialogue on strategic stability and to elaborate next steps for further reductions of nuclear arsenals, and that States with the largest nuclear arsenals have a responsibility to negotiate further limits and reductions on strategic nuclear weapons. The NAFP soot as the main peace and security input from the Secretary-General for Member States’ consideration ahead of the Summit of the Future.

    The Pact for the Future, adopted at the 2024 Summit of the Future, contains the first multilateral recommitment to nuclear disarmament in over a decade, with a clear commitment to the goal of the total elimination of nuclear weapons. It contains pledges to strengthen the disarmament and non-proliferation architecture, accelerate the full and effective implementation of respective nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation obligations and commitments, work to prevent any erosion of existing international norms and take all positive steps to prevent nuclear war. The Pact aligns nuclear disarmament with broader goals of sustainable development and peace, reflecting the global vision for a safer, more inclusive future.

    -Always flush the toilet. Always at least make an attempt to clean up after yourself.

    -Try to keep good hygiene through brushing your teeth and cleaning yourself… showers, baths, washcloths, etcetera… (According to individual preference or need).

    -Try to stay sober.

    -Question authority.

    -Pay attention to signs. They are a form of communication.

    -Try to always be nonviolent and channel your emotions with creative activities… yet remember that you always have the right to defend yourself (by any means necessary if wrongs are occurring) I’ve found a very successful, ethical, and efficient technique of defense is simply treating others how you’d like to be treated.

    -Try to find something you like, or something you have in common, with every person you ever meet.

    -Find ways to communicate and express yourself and your preferences… (vocally, creatively, artistically, through writing, exercise your voice, etc…)

    -Always try to be honest. Your word is bond.

    -Learn about different kinds of spirituality and prayer and learn if that is something for you. It’s okay if it is not in your interest.

    -Make sure you and your individual preferences are respected and honored (irrefutably). If not, use honest communication and tell people, authorities, and/or someone you trust.

    -Save your money.

    -Work hard, within reason, and do honest and legal work.

    -Learn and contemplate the laws of the world. Spiritual, natural, scientific, civil, etc…

    Semantic and Ontological Definement and Interpretation Between Timescales Manifesting Non-violence, Non-lethality, and Non-violation of Persons

    Summary:

    As time differences of timescales according to Einstein’s Theory of Relativity manifest, our layers of “person” become distributed to people outside of ourselves in differing timescales of reality. When wrongs occur, to eliminate further wrongs, as a ripple wave, of something that occurs in one timescale to another timescale and reality, we can interpret and reinterpret that wrongful action harnessing semantic and ontological technologies. Doing so is worth the effort and will avoid many wrongful actions.

    Definitions:
    Wrong: An outcome we would like to avoid.

    Semantic: A semantic definition refers to the meaning of a word, symbol, or sentence, encompassing its interpretation, significance, and how it relates to other meanings or real-world concepts, rather than just its grammatical structure or how it’s used in a specific situation

    Ontological: An ontology serves as a formal system for organizing knowledge, showing the relationships between concepts and categories in a specific domain.

    Context of Manifestation:

    The context in which interpretation must be filtered through is where all needs (real food, water, shelter, sleep, hygiene, clothing, sex – and individual preferences as well as the right to abstinence) are achieved, and where all rights remain intact (re: Constitutional Rights, Human Rights, etcetera) through the “layer of persons” throughout the different timescales.

    The manifestation and (re)manifestation shall not be limited to just timescale differences, but also to differing visibilities, locations, and spaces.

    We might say that our first goal is for the needs to be met to all peoples, no matter how one is classified. Our second goal is (re)manifesting the violation without violation.

    Process:

    1. Recognizing a wrong, such as a lethality.
    2. Non-lethal options for reinterpretation and manifestation.

    3. Non-lethal manifestation of the lethality (avoiding a further wrong / lethality).

    An example of Manifestation:
    An act of violence occurs, the act is acknowledged as a wrong. As the ripple wave of time and space gets set into motion from the wrong, along with it is non-lethal interpretations people have the option to participate in instead of the accurate act of violence.

    An example of a lethal activity interpreted as a non-lethal and non-violation:
    A suicide or homicide interpretted as a haircut. The hair is a part of the actual self and shedding that self via a haircut can be a non-violating lens in which would be worth interpreting and manifesting.

    Sexuality is one of the most primal facets of being human. Within each context of the spectrum of human sexual activities, you can find appropriateness. I believe that individual preferences regarding sexuality should ALWAYS be honored, irrefutably. Each and every person is unique and special. It is a very human activity to explore sexuality, but most importantly, when or if you do, make sure that you are safe and respect people’s boundaries and individual preferences. That is why communication between lovers / partners is important. That is what loving couples do! They communicate honestly with each other! Sex is a need, and I argue for the right of abstinence (if that is your preference), as well as the right to respect each person’s unique and individual preferences, IRREFUTABLY. You can achieve satisfaction of that need without any interaction with anyone else!

    If you don’t have a partner to explore your sexuality with, for some people, a way to find pleasure, and relief from pent up sexual energy is through masturbating. For males, ejaculation (at least once in a while) is healthy for the prostate gland. For both males and females, I feel it is okay to learn (through touch and masturbation) about your physical sex organs and body so you know what you like or don’t like (your preferences).

    Remember, humans are one of only few animal species who have sex for pleasure (dolphins do too). Also, (one of the) purposes of sex is procreation, so if you choose to explore your sexuality: respect yourself (and others) and make safety a priority.   • NM Legislature: Vote FOR SB41

    Update: SB41 passed. There is now no statutes of limitations to prosecute rapists and other sex crimes in NM.

    The foreign infringers come from an exploitive rape culture. They justify their crimes, especially rape, with “superiority” arguments, “purification” justifications, and extortion.

    Eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

    Rape is equitable to unjustified homicide.

    With these racketeers (extortionists) under foreign influence (rapists) infringing on our rights, we need to make sure our sixth amendment rights stay intact: the right to a fair (no misrepresenting artificial intelligence personalities or masks showing up to testify for the alleged infringer, no medical malpractice augmented reality deception or bearing of false witness) and speedy (within reasonable time frames according to the crime) trial.

    We have to protect society from extortionists. People make mistakes, and adolescence learning about what is right and wrong may be vulnerable when exploring. Remember, two counts of extortion within ten years: the entity or person will qualify as a racketeer. Of course leveraging anyone with any material as their justification to commit a crime against them is definitively extortion. These racketeers seem to punish crimes / sins outside of due process, too.

    Justifying committing a crime against the criminal, someone “less than”, someone with a different phenotype, or a “sinner” is criminal reasoning.

    Where does liability lay? Whom has access to the illegal database(s) enabling the perpetration of atrocities against the suspect? Especially regarding the government, the American civil justice system presumes innocence.

    That being said, as we go forth: there should not be statutes of limitations for rape crimes and abuse victims.

    I encourage you to reach out to your representatives and ask them to vote FOR bill SB41!
