We could help fund a radar or satellite system, and have an open communication channel between our Arab nations who use the Strait, so that we know how many ships are accessing and using our waters. We can go from there.
What about “war” and military attacks? We have a right to defend ourselves, and we will, but let us be aware and communicate with our fellow Arabic nations about who is trespassing and how to keep the foreigners out. We have to make a few assumptions to understand. Let us imagine that with microwave energy sources (cellular and wifi) that we, people, have figured out ways to matter teleport. With mega-scale centrifuges we can manipulate time by broadcasting time differences to matter. Let us also assume that certain people have non-consensually implanted technology that influences their perception of reality: optical lenses and audio devices (probably nanoscale). These optical devices harness very advanced deep fake, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality technologies. Another relevant technology are what the C.I.A. calls “clairvoyance” thought technologies. This is essentially a way to broadcast actual thoughts to a person’s brain that indistinguishable from their natural thoughts. Of relevance, also, is the deep underground military base system that harnesses nano-scale size gasses. You can bind a DNA targeting chemical with helium and those nanoscale molecules will travel through solid matter, up through the earth. Imagine “slowing time” and sending a chemical stimulant, and a testosterone boosting chemical to a person combined with violent thoughts provoking a violent action.
These, I’d argue, are the most relevant technologies, in our present situation, to be aware of. Think of the possibilities from there. “Mind maps” of people tracking reasoning and thought processes with a bias and influence of other actions or opinions.
So, with these technologies, we can create different “layers of reality”. I am led to believe there is a “layer of reality” and “timescale” outside of a lot of people’s awareness that is a sexualized culture. This may or may not be connected to the “semantic web” (technological “seminal influence” turned into a rape competition?) or that culture’s “seminal influence”. Have you seen protests of billionaires? This is the extreme culture the world is dealing with. Let us call these extremes “cultural differences”.
The possibilities are endless, technologically. Technologically there are major communication barriers, but I am led to believe that with these technologies, there are also major technological advancements as well. We are connected to each other. People living in other timescales, spaces, in hooked up and shared augmented reality environments. These other people may be (connected, and semantically linked up to) our genes, thoughts, property, etc. There seems to be a certain logic amongst all of this, but this reality is also somewhat of a “in the wild” release of these technologies in the world.
In this situation, of the attempted mass killing driver, this is what I hypothesize. There was a wrong occurring in the sexualized layer of reality. This person, living in the sexualized layer of reality, knew right from wrong. He acted to defend the victim. This other person in our layer of reality: the killer driver was “linked up” to this hero. This driver was possible “driven berzerk”, his person knowing something was wrong and acting (even though he was hurting innocent people).
Why would the innocent people be targeted from this driver? Because in this system, it seems that people’s person are connected via proximity to each other. While some happy families are gathering for a fun time at a parade (in our layer of reality), other people quantified and linked to those families and children are gathering for deranged, ritualistic criminal sexual activity.
