Globalization! What a great thing to be a part of one human family! Matter teleportation! I can literally travel to Bavaria Germany, kiss my dream girlfriend on the lips and teleport back home to the humble Southwest in under 300 of MY milliseconds and outside of my awareness! Yay, finally! How cool! Yet such technology brings about many great opportunities because there are issues and problems in doing so. If I go there, I have to obey the laws there. To obey the laws, I have to know what the laws are! My country is different from that place and I know the laws of my country… traveling to another place, traditionally, you learn the laws about where you are traveling to!
There is a lot of room for discussion. What if it is in another timescale and barely registers in your conscious awareness?
If a tree falls in the middle of the forest, and no one heard it fall, did it happen? Yes it did!
So I hold a very high opinion of Jews. Why? Because they are civil. They discuss things like civil, honest people. And, of course, a wise Jewish saying is “the law of the land is the law”. If I go to another land, a foreign land from myself, the law of that land is the law.

Hence, therein lies the problem.
If you teleport someone to another land, without their awareness, you cannot hold that person to that land’s laws. That person knows the laws of his/her land, but not of the land he/she was teleported/relocated to.

Matter is energy and humans have near-perfected the manipulation/domestication of energy, solid matter included!
So the obvious questions… who, what, when, where, how, and why!?

Civilly, a construct of State, we have our localities, and on this scale “localities” means countries / Federal boundaries. These rules of law MUST stay intact. This is a diversity that has evolved for a reason.
The universal, has to be based on our, human being’s natural NEEDS, and Maslow got pretty close to what ALL people, in every jurisdiction MUST achieve (starting with, including, but not limited to): -Real Water, -Real Food, -Real shelter, -Real clothing, -Real sex (and the right to individual preferences, abstinence, etc…), -Real hygiene, -Real sleep, -Real psychological safety, -Real psychological belonging within peer, social, family groups. At a bare minimum, every single human being as defined by the physical construct of (30% or more? Genetic modification truths…) homo sapien, no matter the country, the phenotype, etc. EVERY SINGLE PERSON, no matter how one is “classified” PERIOD.
Jews hold a high regard for civil discussion, but that is not unique to just Jews, every culture, Arabs, Anglos, Catholics, Scandanavians, Nordic, Athiests, Protestants, Buddhists, Asians, Africans all agree! HUMANS AGREE! We try and we try, let us get with it and exercise our G-d given facilities to get a baseline of needs accomplished for a certain number of decades for all peoples.

Ethical = Honest. The impressive roll-out of (NONCONSENSUAL) implants – nanoscale optical lenses, audio devices harnessing augmented reality, artificial intelligence, deep face technologies, muscle stimulating devices, (NONCONSENSUAL) relocation, etc… is essentially DISHONEST. It is bearing false witness, and it is, as of now another ethical FAILURE!

Example:
I would like to turn the deep fake personality setting to “OFF” so I can see people for who they really are. I would like to relocate to “San Diego, California” in my home environment that is augmented reality. I would like to opt out completely and take out my optical lenses and turn off my audio devices. I would like to see the world at a different timescale, how does that work, etcetera.
What are the population numbers and statistics? Please disclose information sources to the public and disseminate through the public media and news…
