The racketeers under foreign influence (extortionist rapists) impersonating officers of the law must be “investigating” again… Shall we keep the “case” open and keep investigating, Detective? Apparently their investigative techniques include perpetrating that crime, many times over and multifold. Will the survivors become “infected” “ruined” “poisoned wells”, or can they recover and live a normal, healthy lives?
