Would this technique be effective at lessening wrongs that occur throughout the world? If not, please disregard.
Full disclosure: This document is an attempt to get “wrongs” to cease (as defined by one culture of the two interacting cultures), and certain purveyors of a foreign culture to cease interacting with me. Its parameters are foreign to most people, and this document is a communication attempt across the cultural difference. It contains subject matter that the sensitive individual or entity may find explicit and shocking. It shall be noted that I have no endorsement from any parties, this is a sole effort which I feel is (unfortunately) relevant and appropriate within it’s unique context.
I became aware of a particular culture over the years. I make no judgements. It is what it is, I am just aware of what the “mutual” reality is. I do not agree with such a culture being discussed, it is strange to me, but I can understand how it works and why certain actions are made within this culture. Efficacy is one word that comes to mind. I disagree with such a culture, actually. I feel it is wrong and such techniques are not the right way to efficacy or action. There are other techniques that are more sustainable and effective in achieving goals. The reason I am writing this is because I believe, and have been schooled in “intercultural competence”. This is a “reaching across the aisle” writing. A song that describes such a culture would be Atmosphere’s “Eventide”.

I would like some things to manifest globally in an all-pervasive “interdimensionally”, and those actions are to be defined below. The actions shall all occur outside of my “person” / “isolated person”.
Participant’s choice:
Time period, within reason: Until adverse interactions cease.
Time period, outside of reason: Graham’s number of lightyears per adverse interaction.
What we consider as agreeing to this contract: Adverse interactions with me, in all layers of reality / time / space / non-time / non-space from any atrocious (which I am not).
Background: What led to World War II was the German’s debt they tried to avert. Up the political ladder, they scapegoated the Holy Jewish people as political leverage. Shall we use this technique of scapegoating, as a mirrored effect to be perpetrated to the relevant parties (Aryans)? The “Aryans” according to my research are not a peoples, but a lingual concept. Perhaps that is the culture of such a language? They, “Aryans” shall be the scapegoats, and all the mentioned actions shall occur to them ONLY, as Germany had previously defined whom the “Aryans” are. No actions shall occur outside of those defined as Aryan – if the Aryan culture is what is atrocious, if not, please disregard this sentiment.
Actions: As per their deranged culture, sadomasochism and torture seems to be a norm. Is this true? Essentially, with their previous “signatures” from their interactions with me that I have deemed adversarial (already signed many times over), as an (afterward) response: I would like the scapegoats (Aryans) to achieve an inescapable (a credible and accurate documentation of atrocious wrongs committed – tortures, rapes, abuses) debt to their victims and the boundary (binding) of every single Aryan female with tefillin, appropriately (non-sexually) in prayer. I would like this contract to be official and legitimized for that extra ordinary time period. I would like all actions to be perpetrated by the Aryans to the Aryans.
A Tefillin Prayer such as this may be effective in created a positive memory for people who don’t normally pray with tefillin: “Dear God, thank you for rescuing us from the bounds of badness. Amen”
Such actions shall be mirrored to the perpetrators through an “ethical” interpretation / lens, and no wrongs shall occur. It will be a semantic ontological redefinition and manifestation effort.
They eye for an eye shall be executed at a 1:1 ratio and the crime shall not be repeated to either perps beyond an eye for an eye response.
Nonconformance with such perpetration of actions shall increase the contract time period and financial debt of the rapists exponentially, as well as the potency of their actions to themselves. This potency can be measured through pain and pleasure monitoring systems and technology I would like implanted on such scapegoats for quantification and safety purposes.
The purpose of this is to get wrongs to cease. When adverse interactions cease the “rape debt” shall remain. The duration of the contract shall remain legitimate.
